Here’s my first challenge with another stamper. Kirstin agreed to play along and you can find her creation here. I do not own this set but my friend let me stamp a few petals to try it out. The challenge was to use the new SU! set Pick a Petal and also the colors Turquoise and Orchid. I didn’t stop at one and made 2 cards….so fun! This set is very cute and caught my eye right away but it also is a bit more challenging to me.
I used a pair of wave scissors on the first card. The second card has Stickles glitter all over the watercolored flower petals and I brushed in a stem by hand.
stamps- Pick a Petal, You Make Me Happy, $1 stamp
cs- Turquoise, Orchid, Night of Navy, white, Sweet designer paper
ink- Black, Navy, Turquoise, Orchid, Artichoke (flower stem on second card)
access.- ribbon, Stickles, oval punches, button, white gel pen
