Penny in polka-dots

Penny is one stylin’ chick in this polka-dotted swimsuit! 😉 She is one of my favorites of Anna Wight’s images! I started out wanting to put the words (computer generated) in a circle around her and adding stripes to make it look like a life preserver. But as luck would have it, the colors were not coming together as planned and I messed two of them up while cutting them out. I don’t know why I tried using my Fiskars circle cutter. At that point I gave up and cut layers for the other 2 with the Coluzzle.
