Coffee Kiki La Rue

Hello friends!

I hope you’ve had a good week and a great start for the week coming up!  This past week my mom was in the hospital.  She is doing much better but I’d still appreciate prayers.  Thanks! 

So I’ve been a bit absent as the summer winds down but I do have a card to share with you today using one of Christine’s new Kiki La Rue images.  This one is called Coffee Kiki La Rue and I think she is so cute…even if I don’t like coffee!  ;0)

I just had to color her curlers pink.  They remind me of the ones I used to use when I was a little girl.  It’s funny how little things like that bring back memories.  The Prima flowers were placed so they go off the top of the card just a bit.  This creates some added interest and it will still fit in a regular envelope since the card base is a 4 1/4″ square.
