40 down…

and how many to go??  ugh…I need to go check.

I finally got a good start on my Christmas cards!!!  Yay!  I am thrilled.  It would be great if I could get them almost done by Thanksgiving.  *hoping*

Last night I finished up 40 of this style card which I started on Tuesday night.  It is almost an exact CASE of a card I saw somewhere on the net…but unfortunately I have searched and searched and cannot find it again to give credit.  :^(    If you know who made one similar to this, please let me know.  I do know that there was no name or watermark on the photo.

I switched out the stamps and used a slightly different embossing folder and color of cardstock.  Here’s my version…

I used the Inset Embossing Folder technique again…love that look!  And I pulled out some favorite, retired A Muse stamps.  The Bethlehem image was stamped again on the inside with Wild Wasabi ink.  The inside sentiment is from AmyR’s Holiday Greetings

This card isn’t quite as bright as it looks here…I couldn’t Photoshop it very well.  And there’s a tiny bit of Stickles on the star…just enough to make it sparkle.

stamps- Elzybells Bethlehem & Little Town of Bethlehem (sentiment) by A Muse, AmyR Holiday Greetings; paper- textured green, white; ink- SU! Wild Wasabi, Memento Black; accessories- Copics, SU! Ornament punch and Square Lattice embossing folder, QuicKutz Polka Dots folder, pop dots, Stickles.
