Good morning and…Happy New Year!

Today I am sharing a card on the Sweet ‘n Sassy blog using the LOL Cats stamp set and the Number Dies.  Of course, the numbers need to be shiny for a brand new year…so I pulled out a pack of foiled papers to die cut them with.

I also gave kitty a sparkly hat and horn with some Stickles.
