giraffe twist tie

Hello friends!  The current Ai Challenge is “Gatefold Cards” and we are featuring the NEW Twist Ties Release!

Here I used 4986- Giraffe Twist Ties to create a cute trifold card. The sets include special dies that cut the shape of each animal and also cut an opening around them! Their necks are wrapped around each other to hold the card closed….SO cute! The measurements and directions are given on the package. The cards would be simple to cut and fold yourself, but Ai sells packs of precut/scored cards and envelopes at a great price!

I chose a big polka dot print to layer on the inside and then cut strips of a stripe for the outside. I added a cloud for the sentiment and a few rhinestones to finish it off.

While my stamps were in my MISTI, I decided to decorate the envelope too.
