botanical branches

Good morning! Have you seen this month’s Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps release? I have two cards today using the new Botanical Branches stamp set. On the first card I also used the stamp of the month, Grunge Stripe Background. I started by stamping some vertical yellow stripes and then stamped the images in black over top. I wanted to color the berries in with my white pen but it wasn’t working as planned. I stamped the branch again onto white cardstock, cut them out, and adhered them over top.

For my second card, I fussy cut the branches and tied them with a bit of linen thread. I also used the Bitty Hearts Stencil on the background and a thin cardstock circle leftover from a previous project.

Have a great day!
