Happy Valentine’s Day! and blog candy winner

I have some fun cards to post tomorrow, so I will wish you all a Happy Valentine’s Day a few hours early! Here’s a quick, no frills Valentine treat can. I washed out a mixed nuts can and covered it with dp. The image is by Amuse and it’s called Sky Writer. The great thing about using a nut can, is how easy it is to poke a hole anywhere you want to insert brads. I found this great ribbon at Michael’s on clearance….wish I had bought more than one! I thought the words might look a bit like puffs of smoke from the plane.

birthday cookie crumbs!

sunflowers & blog candy!

These sunflowers just make me smile! As I was finishing this card, it just needed a little something. The main image was too bare. After I added the button & partial circle I realized that I was inspired by this card of Anna’s that I saw earlier! The button filled in the bare spot just right.
Now…about the cookie crumbs (blog candy)……I have an extra Posies For You set to give away! 🙂

dreary day

I happen to have one Christmas card left….one of the Sleigh Bells Ring cards I made. I cannot think of a better way to send it than to mail it out to one of my readers. 🙂

Wow….25,000 hits! I think it’s time for some cookie crumbs (blog candy), don’t you? 🙂

Edit: It is a very busy week for everyone and a time to spend with our families. So I decided that you only need to post a comment to be entered. Instead of using the number generator, on Saturday I will draw from a hat.
