I have two more cards to share using products from the Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps December release. I used the circle dies and plaid background again, along with a new set that is all about reading. It would be great to use for bookmarks, but here I made two cards.

Hello! Here’s one last card that I made using the SnSS Diagonal Plaid Background and Seasonal Birds stamp set. They are both great to work with!

For the background, I started with a 3 3/4 x 5 piece of light blue cardstock and stamped the plaid with a darker blue ink. The top two panels were cut to 1 3/4 x 3 5/8. The bottom panel is 1 1/4 x 3 3/4. The sentiment is popped with foam tape. The background was splattered with a clear shimmer.

Hello! I’m sharing another card today with stamps and dies from the Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps December release. This is the second bird image I used (they’re all sweet!).

It’s hard to believe that we are already almost a week into December! I was sick after Thanksgiving and I’m still catching up, so today I am sharing my first card for the Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps new release.

Products used: Diagonal Plaid Background and Seasonal Birds

This month, Korin created an awesome diagonal plaid background stamp. I started my cards by making a bunch of background samples which I ended up using on every card! When you pull out your big background stamps, why not stamp extras in various colors to have ready for future projects? It’s a great starting point.

For today’s card, I started with the black & white plaid piece. Then I colored a more stylized bird to be the focal point. It seemed to need a little something more when finished, so I added a few splatters.

 Today I have a card using Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps‘ Botanical Collages and Simple Sentiments Stamp & Die Bundle from this month’s release. I also used the Circles Die Set. Don’t forget to check out the current sale for SnSS’ 16th birthday!

The botanical image was cut with the circle dies using the Out of the Box technique so that a few of the leaves would remain outside of the die cut edge. I did a tutorial on this technique 13 years ago and you can find it Here. The sentiment was popped with foam tape.

Here I made another card with the Cocoa’s Birthday Wish stamp set. I also used the Stitched Rectangle Die Set. I pulled some bright, fun papers and colored the Cocoa mouse image to match. The image and sentiment are popped with foam tape.
